Read 15 different types of journals to keep - darktea

I think some of the ideas in this article can translate to blog posts.
I look at my micro.blog timeline and see people posting up pictures from their morning walks, or quotes from their children, and to me it feels like a public gratitude journal.

Quoted Another word I've been using a lot is by Colin WalkerColin Walker (colinwalker.blog)
[we need more] genuine quality of interactions, real connections, creating a "more validating human experience" as James puts it. This means, however, that we have to pick our targets. Relationships don't scale - at least not the type we need to be building.

Favorited An Independent Web that is More Social than ‘Social Media’ by James Shelley (jamesshelley.com)
This is about human to human engagement, not just typing ‘like’ in every comment box. Annotate, dialogue, amplify, and interact.

I feel I need to get better at this.

About

This blog displays all my posts indiscriminately - microblog posts, long-form writing, Shortcut tutorials, etc., and all sorted in reverse-chronological order; it can be quite hard to navigate.

As such, I've created a Topics links at the top of the page to help filter my posts.

Blog - longer form rants

Microblog - tweet-length posts

Photos - any photo-centric entries

Automation - I like playing around with Shortcuts or similar automation stuff, and sometimes I write a post about it.

Wishlist - I put things here to scratch the impulse-buying urge.

In addition to those topics, I have the following pages/sites:

Now - my attempt at keeping a record of my current projects

Trigger Point FM - a monthly podcast that I co-host. We talk about books, tv and movies that we've recently watched/read.

Let It Flow - game journals for the "Vampire the Masquerade" games I play.
